That experience led her into HR and People Operations, where she specialized in building departments from scratch and turning undefined processes into structured, scalable systems.

Since then, she has led HR and Talent functions for high growth startups across data analytics, cloud, professional services, MedTech, MarTech, cybersecurity, and beyond, consistently stepping in at critical growth stages to bring clarity, structure, and execution.
